**Key Responsibilities**
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex Crewmembers, ensuring that they receive prompt and effective support for all their technical needs.
* Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues, including those related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up activities.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
* Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate)
* Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera
* Experience in carrying out and supporting applications, including desktop and mobile devices
* Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
* Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US
* Ability to obtain a valid visa to travel to the US
* Experience using desktop software packages, including Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Industry-recognized certifications (Microsoft, networking, programming languages)
* Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products, including Windows and Office Suite
* Familiarity with LAN environments using TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
* Knowledge of communication, messaging, and network (VOIP and POTS) systems
* Familiarity with mobile devices and MDM solutions like Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune
* Knowledge of general media solutions and technologies

* Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Be available to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests without prior notice
* Maintain a professional appearance, both on and off duty
* Participate in light cleaning activities on aircraft, as required
