**Job Summary**
As an Insurance Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and you'll use your sales and customer service skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth. You'll also be responsible for accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
* Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
* Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner
* Connect quickly with customers, build and leverage relationships, and educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Sales or customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build relationships with sales customers
* Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
* Experience in the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
