**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process, educating consumers, and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
* Assisting in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
* Working to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
* Developing customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
* Conducting vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
* Entering and maintaining customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy and integrity.
* Upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Maintaining office security protocols and conducting proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
* Working efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handling multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
* Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional demeanor with customers and peers
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
* Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
* Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
* Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing
* Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations
