**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

* 18+ years of age, with a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Must pass a background check
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
