As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting advertising and marketing services on arenaflex to local businesses across the US and Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Training, strategizing, and efficiently promoting arenaflex advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls. This role is 100% phone-based.
* Your goal is to acquire as many businesses as possible. You will work one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor:
+ 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
+ 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
+ 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners – all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Say goodbye to that dreaded commute! You and your team will work from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Become an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, and adapt product pointers quickly to match customer desires – asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.
* Reap and constantly exceed month-to-month sales goals – strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
* Live organized and control your time effectively to complete your daily tasks – that income is a numbers game, and you're here to win.
**What It Takes to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone.
* Widespread computer and email skills – we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions.
* Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* Must possess current US sales authorization.
