**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, and delivering food to customers
* Cleaning the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
* Processing payments efficiently and handling customer transactions
* Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitasking and working under pressure to meet customer demands
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure continuity of service and achieve sales goals
* Aligning with arenaflex culture by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 16 years old
* To have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* To be able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
* To be able to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
* To be able to ascend or descend stairs
* To be able to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
* To be able to show up to scheduled shifts on time
* To have a high school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of food safety procedures and protocols
* Certification in food safety or a related field
