Join our arenaflex family today and discover a world of possibilities! **Job Description:** **Contribute to the Growth of Your Career** As an Experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty, wearing a body-worn camera, and maintaining a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself, others, and the protection of our Company brand. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, serving as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty. * Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure you're prepared for any situation. * Wear a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional appearance and ensure safety. * Greet customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department. * Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio. * Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management, ensuring the safety of our customers and employees. * Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment. * Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. * Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management, providing accurate and timely reports. * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team. **Who We're Looking For:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. * Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. * Ability to take initiative and perform well independently, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. * Prioritizes/organizes workload and manages time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals. * Able to stand for long periods of time, with a high level of physical stamina and endurance. * 0-2 years of retail or security experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Benefits:** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Associate discount * EAP (Employee Assistance Program) * Smoking cessation * Bereavement * 401(k) Associate contributions * Child care & cell phone discounts * Pet & legal insurance * Credit union * Referral bonuses Those who meet service or hours requirements are also eligible for: * 401(k) match * Medical/dental/vision * HSA (Health Savings Account) * Health care FSA (Flexible Spending Account) * Life insurance * Short/long-term disability * Paid parental leave * Paid holidays/vacation/sick * Auto/home insurance discounts * Scholarship program * Adoption assistance All benefits are provided in accordance with and subject to the terms of the applicable plan or program and may change from time to time.
