As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. **About the Role**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex issues
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits, insurance, and billing
* Resolving technical challenges, including real-time support during time-sensitive situations
* Managing multiple systems and databases to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
**What We Look For**
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, naturally empathetic, and determined to deliver comprehensive solutions to our customers. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class (no missed days allowed!)
* High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment
* Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
* Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse customer populations
* Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
* Equipment provided and must be hard-wired (no Wi-Fi)
