**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding customers' warranties. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Educate customers on their warranty coverage and provide clear explanations of policies and procedures
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and find solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
**Requirements**
* High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions to complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate customer interactions and manage conflict effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
* Knowledge of warranty and ancillary products, with a focus on customer education and support
* Experience working with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
