**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and issues via inbound calls
* Providing education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
* Meeting performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of recent call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* 6 months of previous remote work experience, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and platforms
* High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
* Ability to pass a bilingual Spanish test (for bilingual candidates)
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
* Experience working with diverse customer populations and resolving complex issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus)
