Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced golf enthusiast to join our remote chat team as a Chat Brand Representative for arenaflex's golf division. As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to golfers on our website, taylormadegolf.com. You'll be the face of arenaflex, sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand with customers, and helping them find the perfect equipment to improve their game.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be brand passionate - share your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers, and help them find the perfect equipment to improve their game.
- Use primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Communicate with customers at a professional level, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Familiarize yourself with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing exceptional service to customers in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years golf experience - you'll need to have a deep understanding of the game and be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- 2+ years club fitting experience - you'll need to have experience fitting golfers for equipment and be able to provide expert advice on the best equipment for each golfer's needs.
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products - you'll need to be familiar with our products and be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Familiarity with similar products from other brands - you'll need to be able to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products (enthusiast to pro level) - you'll need to be able to communicate with customers at a professional level and provide expert advice and recommendations on all of our products.
- Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly - you'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately, and communicate clearly with customers in a timely manner.

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, including:

- Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15 - you'll be paid for each chat interaction you complete, providing a steady stream of income.
