**The Role**
As an Energy Specialist in our Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing tailored solutions to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Working in a multi-lingual team, communicating with customers in English and German (written and verbal)
