About the Role
We are looking for part-time customer support representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure that we are delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
