**What We Do**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Proactively greeting website visitors and offering assistance in finding the right information
* Supporting visitors through live chat, phone, email, and other communication channels
* Qualifying leads and delivering excellent customer service through different means of communication
* Working with a range of customers, including answering questions and generating leads
* E-mailing leads and escalations to clients and processing refunds and returns in their ecommerce systems
