The Director, ML Designing and Information Tasks will be a crucial part of the team responsible for driving business-wide ML Designing and Stage climate. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in building enterprise-wide large data frameworks and being a master in all stages of data and software lifecycle management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* arenaflex is seeking committed individuals to join the Information Designing group. The association is responsible for driving data-driven experiences and growth to empower the Information Designing and AI needs for business and functional projects with a digital core.
* This role will frequently collaborate with colleagues, data researchers, and ML engineers. This role will design and enable key subsystems of the Information Stage, advance functional key metrics, and establish cycles and best practices.
* As part of the stage group, this role will work with innovative cloud technologies from AWS and other ecosystems, including but not limited to Wind stream, OpenTelemetry, OpenLineage, Marquez, Extraordinary Assumptions, and others.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with development teams and other division leaders/partners to provide innovative technical solutions that enable business capabilities.
* Participate and lead in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies. Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment. Enable and improve production AWS environment for data foundation and structures.
* Set up containers and Serverless stage with cloud framework.
* Provide the team technical guidance and approach to be attempted and guide them in goal of questions/issues.

**Qualifications:**
* **What's required to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Four-year degree and 8+ years of professional experience
+ 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Formation, Terraform, PySpark, Wind current, or similar technologies
+ 2+ years of experience leading a team that designers, planners, or support teams on AWS
+ Working knowledge of standard AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Paste, SNS, others
+ General familiarity with other AWS technologies
+ Working knowledge with CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Flash, Adaptation control framework, JIRA.
+ Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
+ Should be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
* **What will help you stand out from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):**
+ AWS Accreditation - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer or similar
+ Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar
+ Phenomenal knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows
