As a Full Stack Staff Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport stations, and we are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team. **Why You'll Love This Job:** * You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. * You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping. * You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements, which will give you the chance to develop your organizational and communication skills. * You will have access to advanced technology and software, including Microsoft Office and other specialized tools. * You will be part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is welcoming and supportive of all employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provides administrative support to the Air Terminal Stations Group within the Customer Experience Division. * Assists in scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements. * Coordinates with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. * Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, station meeting plans, and other relevant documents. * Performs data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required. * Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. * Provides support for finance capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. * Performs other duties as required. **What You'll Do:** * Provides support for the planning and execution of management presentations and special events. * Controls, audits, and screens local invoices through InvoiceWorks and distributes as required. * Investigates and resolves office technology issues, including phone and copier machines. * Tracks and ensures employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, storage spaces, letter drops, regalia, identification, fingerprinting, training, etc. * Assists in station event planning, coordination, and execution (e.g., Do Team, lunch meetings, event dinners, recognition events). * Handles finance handling in Workbrain for management and care staff. * Processes deprivation letters and arranges local communications and response. * Oversees employee termination, including allowing and tasks, as required. * Assists with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data check, compromises, and recording. * Maintains employee records, as needed. * Maintains Station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response. * Accesses and manages various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee commitment, and recognition, etc. * Updates required manuals. * Files and maintains all security-related items. * Acts as backup for other finance capabilities. * Oversees records for OSHA, security, etc. (301's, weekly, and annual). * Assists with budget planning and compromise, including monthly closeout of landing charges. * Upholds inspecting exercises as required. * Tracks and confirms motivating force reserves acquired. * Liaises with CRE/Offices and sellers to follow local projects, as needed. * Leads/coordinates work with other care staff, as needed. * Performs other duties as required. **All You'll Need for Success:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications, or a related field). * Previous office/administrative experience. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Ability to be self-motivated and work independently. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Familiarity with specialized software and tools, including InvoiceWorks and Workbrain. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. **What You'll Get:** * Competitive salary: $26/hour. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. * 401(k) program with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * Access to advanced technology and software. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is welcoming and supportive of all employees.
