**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* Meet face-to-face with local business owners to present ways to reduce business costs and increase customer base and loyalty
* Increase customer base and loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building
* Monitor marketplace information on pricing, products, and current promotions to stay ahead of the competition
* Maintain a Salesforce system to track customer interactions and sales performance
* Meet company goals and objectives through effective sales and customer service strategies
**Requirements**

* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
