**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our members across various insurance products. You'll handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members, assisting them with quotes, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions. Your primary goal will be to identify and understand member needs, providing accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products, providing exceptional service and support.
* Assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions.
* Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
* Operate efficiently in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels.
* Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide seamless support.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to members.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service by phone and email.
* Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire.
* 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
* 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face.
* US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and internal teams.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex member issues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.

**Salary:**
The hiring range for this position is: $45,010 - $47,510.
