**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Manager - Digital Transformation, you'll be responsible for managing all post-sales activities for arenaflex's Digital Success customers. You'll leverage your product knowledge, project management skills, and ability to build strong relationships to drive positive outcomes and articulate value realized for our customers' businesses. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants, to provide effective customer engagements and advocate for our customers' needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage all post-sales activities for Digital Success customers, including touch points that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and relationship-building.
* Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and make recommendations on how customers can use them to accelerate their business objectives.
* Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
* Analyze customer data to create and execute engagement strategies within your customer portfolio.
* Proactively identify and flag churn risk and work with other account team members to mitigate.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to provide effective customer engagements and advocate for customer needs.
* Identify customer trends and provide internal feedback on how arenaflex can better serve our customers.
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Customer Specialist role in a high-growth SaaS industry.
* Experience and proficiency with front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, and Next.js.
* Significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums (phone, email, webinars).
* Strong initiative and positive attitude.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
* Strong collaboration mindset and capabilities.
* Comfortable with asynchronous work and navigating through ambiguity as we continue to build and refine the digital customer success segment.
