This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup that's tackling one of the greatest challenges of our generation. **Your Role in arenaflex's Mission** As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs * Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance * Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs to ensure seamless processing * Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve borrower outcomes * Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission * Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers **Recommended Experience and Qualifications** We're seeking a talented individual with at least one year of relevant work experience in customer support, finance, government programs, or a related field. Experience with start-ups, fintech, or financial aid is a plus.
