As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and collaborate with our local and global skills groups to resolve worker issues in a timely manner. Our employees are the backbone of our success, and we're dedicated to providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to excel in their roles. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work * Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization * Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated skill in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel * Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
