**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient care outcomes. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations, while also providing exceptional patient care and support. This is a full-time remote position, with a salary of $27/hour and a flexible work schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services
* Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient care outcomes
* Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting
* Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned region and serve as a representative and contact of the organization
* Fill in as an educated authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders
* Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure
* Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to:
+ Drug Treatment Management programs
+ Vaccination Services
+ Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
* Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:
+ Identifying, assessing, and re-planning processes
+ Monitoring and analyzing results
+ Executing changes
* Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
* Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
* Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g. patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, etc.)
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
* Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities
* Advance cooperation and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
* Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues
* Experience working with confidential information
* Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
* Knowledge of health insurance plans
* Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rhapsody, Commitment, and Plus
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g. opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g. opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, arranging, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities)
