**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Processing shipments, including billings, tariffs, and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
* Recognizing and resolving documentation errors, including discrepancies and billing issues
* Assisting customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions
* Performing general clerical duties, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing
* Processing over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a transportation or logistics industry
* Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Transportation experience, including experience with freight, logistics, or supply chain management
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of transportation regulations, including tariffs, pricing agreements, and documentation requirements
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
