**Essential Qualifications:**
* 18 years of age or older
* U.S. citizen or legal resident
* Clean criminal record with no felony or fraud convictions
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
* Ability to invest $12.95 for a background check and client training fees (reimbursed after 90 days)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or retail environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
