We're now seeking friendly, action-oriented individuals to join our Insurance (property & casualty) team as Customer Service Representatives. As a part of our remote team, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible part-time schedule that suits your needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
- Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and meet objectives
- Support customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services
- Provide basic policy information and transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required
- Perform other related duties as needed to ensure seamless customer experience
**Work Environment and Schedule:**
- This is a part-time position, requiring up to 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon
- Work from home, with a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Arenaflex will provide equipment, but you must have:
- Excellent Internet connectivity
- Internet access speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download (the faster the better)
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience (Call Center Experience a plus)
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of accuracy when completing tasks
- Proficient PC skills with typing of 30+ WPM
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
