**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Live Chat Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through our LiveEngage platform. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
* Reply to incoming emails from customers
* Request contacts prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
* Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, utilizing your sales skills to drive revenue growth
* Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions that create a positive experience
* Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company satisfied

**What we're looking for:**
* High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
* Excellent typing and computer skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
