As a key member of our call center, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a 3+ months contract role, with the opportunity to transition to a remote position after completing onsite training. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly * Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members * Researching and providing information on our products and services, including policy features and benefits, claims processing, and transactional details * Supporting campaigns to increase revenue, generate sales, and conserve existing assets * Collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving * 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely * Superior telephone etiquette, with a strong ability to listen actively and respond empathetically * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications * Strong math and analytical skills, with the ability to process transactions and resolve complex issues * Ability to work various shifts within hours of operation, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous call center experience, with a strong focus on insurance and healthcare products * Experience with CRM systems and other software applications * Strong knowledge of insurance and healthcare products, including policy features and benefits * Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication **What We Offer** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate: $19.43 - $20.00 per hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills * Collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on communication and support * Flexible scheduling, with the ability to work various shifts within hours of operation * Opportunity to transition to a remote position after completing onsite training **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
