**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily to provide exceptional service, support, and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, sales associate or cashiering experience, or equivalent
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
