**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner, whether by phone or in person
* Acting as the company gatekeeper, providing a single point of contact for customers
* Fostering and maintaining relationships with customers to improve retention rates
* Responding to incoming phone calls and messages from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Providing information and resolving issues to customers' satisfaction
* Performing general CSR functions, including receiving inquiries, pricing quotations requests, entering and/or modifying customer orders, and acknowledging purchase orders received from customers
* Maintaining incoming and outgoing CSR calls and emails with present customers, prospective customers, and careerzynith sales agents as required
* Following up and maintaining customer inquiries on careerzynith's Duravar UHMW Products, including keeping records of prospective customers' names, product usage requirements, material quoted, date of contact, etc.
* Following up on sales leads and pricing quotations generated through customer inquiries
* Assisting in general office tasks, such as typing correspondence and quotations, filing, performing order entry and invoicing functions, and maintaining phone and fax lines as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
* Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships
* Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
* Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
