**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Piscataway, NJ. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to build strong relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with locate requests and/or resolving customer questions
* Processing web tickets and responding to web chat requests
* Monitoring EIs and call out backup messages as necessary
* Presenting and discussing the products and services of arenaflex to customers
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
* **Minimum accurate data entry of 35 wpm**: You'll need to be able to accurately type at a minimum of 35 words per minute to meet the demands of this role.
* **Ability to work independently in a high volume, detail-oriented environment**: You'll need to be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
* **Strong customer service skills**: You'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.
* **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients, both verbally and in writing.
* **Ability to prioritize work and multi-task**: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* **Consistent attendance and stable work history**: You'll need to have a stable work history and be able to commit to regular attendance.
* **Ability to work and change with dynamic professional environment**: You'll need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
* **Consistently meets or exceeds KPIs**: You'll need to be able to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in this role.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While the above requirements are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:
* **Experience in a customer service role**: Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment, is highly desirable.
* **Knowledge of excavation services**: Familiarity with excavation services and locate requests is a plus.
* **Certifications or training**: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly valued.
