**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Data Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for efficiently processing the inflow of fund documents received via email and portals, ensuring accurate matching to the corresponding investor vehicles. This is a remote position, and you can be located anywhere in the United States. We're looking for a quick study who possesses the endurance necessary to deliver high focus for the entirety of the work day.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accessing fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals
* Accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios
* Following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents
* Conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed
* Meeting targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor
**Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or G.E.D.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
