**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer product and pricing questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering platform
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer complex questions and provide confident recommendations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
