**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative on our 2nd shift and weekend team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, live chat, and email. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in driving sales growth and fostering a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through phone, live chat, and email
* Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
* Work independently to manage customer interactions and prioritize tasks effectively
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Availability to work 2nd shift and weekend hours, including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
