**The Role**
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service across various touchpoints, including phone, email, webchat, and social media. You'll handle queries and complaints from members and non-members, promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure a first-time resolution to customer complaints, while also supporting your colleagues to maintain a high quality of service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and non-members across various touchpoints
* Handle queries and complaints from members and non-members, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Promote and provide advice on a wide range of products and services
* Process and escalate customer complaints to ensure a first-time resolution
* Support other members of your team to maintain a high quality of service
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative in a busy contact centre environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and webchat platforms
* Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends (although this is minimal)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a membership organisation or similar industry
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software
* Ability to speak multiple languages (although this is not essential)
