**Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through empathetic and solution-focused interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
* Customer Service, Financial Services, or insurance experience is a plus

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, welcoming change and contributing to continuous improvement
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
* Reliable internet connection (30 mbps download/10 mbps upload) and a professional workspace with a private, secure, distraction-free area
