**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
* Providing exceptional support and assistance to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and a positive customer experience
* Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with Card Members and colleagues
* Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Capabilities:**

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or concierge industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
