**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, contributing to our growth and success, and aligning with our agency's culture and goals. **Responsibilities**
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
* Preparing and issuing insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
* Assisting with onboarding clients, providing clear guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.
* Ensuring policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating client appointments and managing calendars effectively, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Licensing Requirements:**
+ An active Property and Casualty License
+ Fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in English
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Allstate experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel
* **Essential Skills:**
