The Mission: Making Travel Easy and Enjoyable
In this job, you do much more than just answer calls—you help run a famous global travel platform. You will be the main link between travelers and hotel partners, making sure every trip goes well and every problem gets fixed quickly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Two-Language Help: Give expert advice to Croatian-speaking travelers and our network of international hotel partners.
Managing Bookings: Take care of travel reservations from start to finish, including tricky changes, special requests, and urgent cancellations.
Fixing Problems: Act as a helpful middleman to solve arguments about hotel stays, payments, and check-in steps.
Computer Work: Use our customer database software to keep all travel records correct and easy to find.
High Quality: Keep up the great reputation of a world leader in the travel industry.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want active people who are good with computer systems and great at talking to people.
Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian, plus a good level of professional English (B2 level or higher).
People Skills: A kind and friendly approach that helps you stay calm and helpful even when customers are stressed.
Tech Skills: Comfortable working online and using different computer programs at the same time.
No Experience Needed: You do not need to have worked in travel before. We give you full, paid training to help you succeed.
Work Schedule: Ready to work 40 hours a week on a flexible, rotating shift schedule.
