They are seeking a Coordinator for Client Account Management & Specialized Support to provide administrative and servicing support for multiple lines of business while ensuring a high-quality client experience through continuous improvements and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality service to external and internal customers. Performing account set up and management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French. Interpreting and analyzing documentation for the input and processing of a variety of registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring request are completed in accordance with IG Wealth Management’s policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Creating effortless experiences for our clients. Providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received. Applying business knowledge with a client focus approach
- Finding opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner. Collaboration with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes
Skills
- 1-2 years of financial industry experience, and a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Familiarity with back-office data processes and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with your teams, peers, and business partners across the company
- Must be highly engaged, displaying a professional attitude, with strong customer orientation
- Meticulous with strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for self-development and learning
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual in English & French would be an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to frequently changing priorities
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or related field
- Candidates work shift is flexible as hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM PM CST Monday to Friday, with overtime work during the weekday and weekends
- Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC an asset but not required
