We’re looking for a NetSuite Specialist / Consultant with experience to ZAB billing.
This is a practical, hands-on role focused on keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with stakeholders, and improving how systems support the business.

What You Will Do
You’ll be the g -to person for BetSuite support, particularly around ZAB billing.
Rather than large scale transformation projects, this role is about:
Troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets
Supporting Finance and wider teams with system queries
Ensuring billing and revenue flows are accurate and working as expected
Making small improvements to workflows and processes
Explaining issues clearly to non technical stakeholders
You’ll also support ongoing NetSuite configuration and help the business get more value from the platform
Investigating and resolving NetSuite issues (especially around billing and revenue)
Acting as a bridge between technical systems and Finance teams
Supporting and optimising ZAB billing processes
Handling BAU tickets and troubleshooting system behaviours
Making small enhancements (workflows, fields, configurations)
Supporting users and improving system understanding across the business
What You Will Have
Strong experience with NetSuite administration or consulting
Exposure to ZAB billing (or similar billing systems within NetSuite)
Ability to troubleshoot issues and understand end-to-end processes
Confidence working with non technical stakeholders (especially Finance)
Someone who is proactive, self-managing, and resilient
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
You don’t need to be a heavy implementation specialist, this is more about practical problem solving and support.
