Position Overview

Founders Classical Academy is a public, tuition-free K–12 charter school rooted in the classical liberal arts tradition. Our vigorous academic program prepares students for success in school, work, and life. The Student Success Coordinator serves as the strategic and operational lead for student engagement, attendance, and success programming. This role ensures the consistent implementation of high-quality Student Success systems, aligning to network expectations while adapting to each school’s unique student population.

As a member of the administrative leadership team, the coordinator oversees Success Coaches, leads and develops onboarding and engagement programming, and partners closely with school leadership to remove barriers to student achievement. This role requires strong cross-school leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build systems that drive measurable improvements in attendance, persistence, engagement, and academic outcomes.

This role is critical to ensure that all students PCA are consistently engaged, supported, and progressing toward academic success. The Student Success Coordinator directly impacts student retention, attendance, and achievement by building strong systems, developing staff capacity, and ensuring every student has a clear path to success.
