Remote Customer Service Support Representative
Remote – Applicants must reside in one of the following states: FL, CT, MD, GA, NC, NH, PA, SC
Location: Remote (East Standard Time)
Work Hours
Projects Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EST and Sat 10am – 6pm EST
Work shifts: will be 11:30 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 7:30 pm, and 10:30 am – 7 pm
Rates:
Pay Rate: $17/hr. - 22 Spanish - 10
Pay Rate: $18/hr. - Russian - 3, Mandarin - 4, Cantonese - 4; Hindi: 1, Urdu - 3, Punjabi - 3, Bengali - 5. Haitian Creole 6
The candidate must be able to read, write and speak their designated language
Training: Candidate must be available for 30-days (4 weeks) of FULL TIME MANDATORY TRAINING 8:30-5:00p EST.
Typing (35 wpm) and basic computer skills, COMPUTER LITERACY (70%) assessment are required.
