Position Overview
Our growing virtual travel team is looking for customer-focused and organized individuals to join us as Travel Support & Experience Specialists. In this remote role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel plans, monitoring reservation details, and providing ongoing support to help ensure every trip is prepared accurately and efficiently.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying detail-focused, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel background is needed training, onboarding, and continued mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Help clients organize travel plans according to their preferences, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate travel components such as hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
Review availability and compare travel selections through approved supplier and booking platforms
Keep travelers informed about reservation updates, confirmations, and itinerary details
Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels
Assist with travel schedule revisions, booking changes, and follow-up support
Maintain accurate client profiles and organized documentation within internal systems
Monitor destination updates, supplier announcements, and travel promotions
Participate in remote onboarding sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development programs
