About the Opportunity
We are expanding our remote travel support division and are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Experience Advisors. In this role, you'll help clients navigate the trip planning process by coordinating travel details, assisting with reservations, and providing ongoing support to help create a seamless experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and working independently in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required—comprehensive training and continuous support are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist travelers with vacation planning based on their preferences, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate travel services including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and excursions
Research and review travel options using approved supplier systems and booking platforms
Provide updates regarding reservation status, itinerary progress, and travel confirmations
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging systems
Support itinerary modifications, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed
Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel opportunities
Participate in virtual onboarding, workshops, and ongoing training sessions
