Responsibilities
Engage with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and future vacation plans
Help identify suitable travel options including cruises, resorts, guided tours, accommodations, and activities
Assist with gathering and organizing travel details required for reservations
Monitor booking progress and help ensure travel information remains accurate and up to date
Provide clients with information regarding itineraries, travel requirements, and trip preparations
Support travelers with requests, updates, and planning-related questions
Maintain organized records and documentation using company systems and online tools
Keep informed of destination news, supplier offerings, and seasonal promotions
Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing learning opportunities
