Responsibilities
- Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
- Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
Skills
- 0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
- Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse)
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
- Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets
- Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site
- To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
