Role Overview
Bantam Communications is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team on an ongoing, hourly basis. This role is focused on producing and publishing high-quality, engaging content across multiple client accounts in the renewable energy sector.
What You Will Do
Create 4–6 social media posts per client each month, design static and motion graphics content, write clear and compelling copy, and manage recurring monthly deliverables with precision and creativity.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media content creation or management
- Demonstrated ability to produce GIFs, videos, motion, and static graphics
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different client voices
- Experience managing recurring content schedules for multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Benefits
- Hourly compensation: $50-$75
