We’re looking for a Senior PPC Specialist who will take ownership of Google Ads performance at scale and help us move beyond traditional PPC into an automated, system-driven performance setup.
What you’ll do
You will own and scale Google Ads performance across international markets, managing significant budgets and building more automated, efficient ways of working.
Core responsibilities:
Own Google Ads performance (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Hotel Ads, DSA)
Manage and optimize large-scale budgets with strong focus on business outcomes (ROAS, CAC, margin, LTV)
Improve and scale account structures across multiple international markets
Work on automation and system improvements using code and APIs
Help transition performance setup towards more AI-driven and automated workflows
Identify growth opportunities across markets and campaigns
Collaborate closely with analytics and growth teams
How this role is different
This is not a “classic PPC specialist” role.
We are moving towards a setup where:
campaign management is increasingly automated
performance decisions are driven by data and systems
manual optimization is only a small part of the job
We are looking for someone who:
thinks in systems, not just campaigns
understands how to scale performance efficiently at high budgets
is open to working with automation, APIs, and AI tools
challenges standard PPC approaches when needed
What we’re looking for
Senior experience in Google Ads (ownership of accounts, not just execution)
Experience with large budgets (hundreds of thousands € monthly or more)
Strong understanding of e-commerce or marketplace performance marketing
Ability to connect performance metrics with business impact
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation workflows, or AI-driven marketing systems
This role is not for you if
You want a purely execution-focused PPC role
You prefer manual campaign optimization as your main work
You don’t want to work with automation, APIs, or technical topics
You’ve only worked with small or mid-size budgets
You are not comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment where priorities can shift quickly and expectations are high on speed and ownership
