Position Overview

- Document each step of the incident lifecycle, ensuring that resolutions are clearly captured for future reference.

- Participate in on‑call rotation with fellow administrators, providing after‑hours coverage as needed.

Essential Qualifications

New hires will undergo a four‑week training program, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, to ensure they are fully equipped to handle live customer interactions. The role requires a reliable home office setup, including a computer, headset, and high‑speed internet connection.
