**About the Team**
arenaflex's Customer Experience team is a core operations team that ensures our customers receive the best possible experience, even when things don't go as planned. We design, manage, and operate arenaflex's global network of support centers, with the ultimate goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible. Our team is passionate about making a difference in our customers' lives, and we're looking for a Senior Associate to join our ranks.
**About the Role**
We're seeking a Senior Associate to lead the strategic planning and implementation of industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and most loyal customers. This role will report into our Consumer Experience Lead and will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience metrics and implement strategies to achieve those goals. As a Senior Associate, you'll have the opportunity to develop a strategic mindset and operational rigor to bring that strategic mindset to life.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Partner with teams within customer experience, product, engineering, and tools to improve processes and customer experience for our customers
* Produce, dig into, and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience
* Accomplish recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning partners, testing ideas, achieving, and measuring results
* Partner with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull data in SQL and model in Excel
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to speak as if you're right and listen as if you're wrong
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive results
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in customer experience, operations, or a related field
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
* Certification in a related field, such as customer experience or operations

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of $74,800-$110,000 USD, determined based on job-related factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
* In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
